Today Ryan and I went to the Ballard Farmer’s Market, this market is open every Sunday from 10am to 3pm May to September and was great!
There were lots of vendors and they sold everything! You could get fruits, veggies, plants, breads and pastries, flowers, pastas, soaps, fish and even some lunch.
The market draws quite a crowd, there were families with young children, tourists, friends, couples and lots and lots of dogs and babies!
Ryan and I got lunch at a taco stand. He got three mini tacos with meat, made spicy, and I got two small fish tacos, also spicy. Then we sat on the super short sidewalk and had our lunch while watching the people in the market.
After lunch we went into the second part of the market. This part was smaller, quieter and had arts vendors instead of produce. There was even one vendor who makes handmade wood cribbage sets!
On our way back to the car we passed an architecture office with these great displays in the window
And then some mushroom trees at the intersection
